Delivery and Shipping

Delivery Fee for Customers based in Singapore: 
We are happy to offer free delivery for any order within Singapore, using regular postage by SingPost (Unfortunately, the regular postage will have no tracking number). If you would like you items to be shipped with a tracking number (i.e. registered postage), an additional cost of SGD 5 will be charged for the entire purchase. Price of postage includes handling fees. Delivery Fee for Customers based outside Singapore but within ASEAN region:

For outside Singapore (i.e. Any other ASEAN countries):
SGD 2 per necklace will be charged to you. We will ship your order using SingPost regular portage by default (Unfortunately, the regular postage will have no tracking number). If you would like to have you items shipped with a registered postage, an additional SGD 5 will be charged on top of the regular delivery fee, for the entire order. Price of postage includes handling fees.

Delivery Fee for the rest of the world: 
SGD 14 per necklace will be charged to you. We will ship your order using SingPost regular portage by default (Unfortunately, the regular postage will have no tracking number). If you would like to have you items shipped with a registered postage, an additional SGD 5 will be charged on top of the regular delivery fee, for the entire order. Price of postage includes handling fees. At this time, shipping will be made twice a week: Items bought before Wednesday 00:00 will be shipped to you on the following Thursday. Items bought before Friday 00:00 will be shipped to you on the following Saturday.


At this time, shipping will be made twice a week:
  • Items bought before Wednesday 00:00 will be shipped to you on the following Thursday.
  • Items bought before Friday 00:00 will be shipped to you on the following Saturday.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3-6 days

  • Kindly note that our "estimated delivery time" is just an estimation. Hence your items' arrival could be earlier or slightly later.

Other important notes:
  • We are unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made after it is placed/ delivered. 
  •  Etiquette will not be held liable for any lost / damaged items or delayed packages; should you opt for normal/ regular postage with no tracking number. 
  • Customers are responsible for any delivery failure due to incomplete address, no recipient at the address or recipient rejected the delivered goods. If for any of the case above the goods are returned to us, customers are obligated to pay the shipping fee for the second delivery. 
  • Etiquette is responsible for any delivery failure due to mistyped address by our own mistake. If this happens, customers will enjoy free-shipping, which means Etiquette will return your shipping payment. 
  • Etiquette is NOT responsible for any additional taxes and duties charged. If you decide to refuse the delivery, you are responsible in all fees charged by shipping company – both for sending .and returning the product to us
